10 chickens yielded 1 Pink Egg!

So I collected from 10 red mushroom circles and got 2 eggs... And only have to wait 5 minutes to try again.
The red mushroom circles specifically drop pink eggs.

Do we know if this is just a special event, or part of the storyline? I'm assuming just a special event? In which case....300 gems is way out of my league!

...but S8, don't ya kinda think glimmereggs should drop from the new animals with glimmeregg in their NAMES!?! - yes, I'm talking about the Glimmeregg Alicorn and especially, the Glimmeregg CHICK!! Duh, he's even wearing a broken Glimmeregg on his HEAD!!... lol

ETA ~ and since he cost 40 GEMS, he should be a guaranteed drop or if random, actually drop MORE than 1 glimmeregg!

Don't know about the glimmer Ali but glimmer chick does drop more than one kind of egg with only a half hour wait. So far I've received 1 pink 1 green 1 lilac and the next time was 1 pink 1 blue and 1 green.

I'm out, too. Being forced to spend 300 gems to basically even start a quest is crazy.

I'm waiting to see if it's bought by someone & is actually useful to the quest. That bait shop from last one is just about useless.

You forget Northwoods, not everyone has had the opportunity to get the Glimmeregg Alicorn, some of us are still waiting for it to appear in our tents, some of my neighbours now have 6 and more, just another example of random unfairness!

Don't think so. I believe it's just for this event only. :/
U only use it to turn pink eggs in to blue or blue into green ......

Since a few updates back, if you make a small edit to the picture (cropping works), you can then upload it.

3 farmhouses, 2 cottages, 2 conservatories = no eggs. Did get one from Thomas House so maybe that's a sure thing there....maybe...lol

Not much is dropping the eggs...wth?

5 white poppies = 3 eggs
2 red trillium, 2 white bushes = 0

2 more white bushes = 1 egg

Hmm... Sounds like the glimmer chick might be a good investment for the egg hunt.
