Restaurant Story restarted...Please Help!!!

I am using the IPad 128 Air and I just updated it to 9.3 I am playing Restaurant Story 1.7.9 and have been Level 99
for a long time. When I started playing Restaurant Story today, something happened and now I am Level 1 all over again. I didn't click anything to make it start over. Very aggravating. I was trying to finish up the latest goal. Any suggestions, please.

I am sorry. This is a known issue. Please send an email to support@storm8.com so an agent can assist in recovering your games.

This may only work for some iOS players, but try connecting to the Game Center, then log out on your device, then reconnect to the Game Center.

Closing thread since the forum cannot help recover your game.

To log back into Game Center, please follow these instructions on your device:

1. Device Settings (little silver cog icon on your device)
2. scroll all the way down to Game Center
3. tap Game Center and login where it says Apple ID.
4. Restart Restaurant Story.
