coin not updating

When i leave the game and come back my profits sometimes stay the same and dont update. This occurs on and off and has been happening a lot recently and doesny seem to have been fixed.

Been like this since last week. This isnt the first time but usually it sorts itself out after day or two.

Can you try to delete and reinstall the game and see if it helps? Please also ensure that you have the latest software for your device. Please let us know if it's still happening after the installation. Thanks.

Havent had the chance to update or reinstall the game. I did get coin overnight but not since i played from this morning.

I am having the same problem. My counters are full, yet when I opened the game this morning, I only received 400-something coins. Whrn my game is open, customers enter and leave in a steady flow, but when I close my game, they appear to stop. I have tried to deinstall/reinstall, and I have the latest IOS version 9.3.1.

This has happened on/off, but this is the first time I recorded it. I wanted to upload images, but for some reason I cannot seem to get it to work.
