No Gems Received after Purchase!

I bought 250 gems in game today because the gems on sale. My previous gems was 65 pcs and after purchase it should be 315 gems. But it is not. It still 65 pcs till now. This is my ticket #(removed and forwarded to CM)

Already sent the transaction receipt to Storm8. It should be done in an instant. But this time it is not. And now there is another sale again and i'm affraid to buy it again.

You can try reinstalling and or force closing while you're waiting for support to see if that helps, otherwise you've done all you can. I've let the CMs know you've had this difficulty.
