    I need help deleting an account.

    Well I've been struggling with playing with two different devices with two different accounts. My first account I'm up to level 98 and new account I'm up to level 39 I want to get my old account into my new device yet it won't let me. I've try all the tips and still nothing I really want to play my old city metro into my new device. What can i do in this situation?

    Did you try to transfer your games using the Login method?

    Transfer your games
    You can use the Login feature to transfer your Storm8 ID and all Storm8 games over to your new device. You can use any game, except Restaurant Story 1, posted on Post 1 of the Login Feature thread.

    Please see the instructions on post 1 of the New Logon on Feature thread.

    If you have issues transferring your games, you can send an email to support@storm8.com and they can transfer your games.

    Your game progress is saved on S8 servers so there's no need for you to delete your secondary account so you can still play at a later stage if you like. You can just delete the game app on the device you no longer use or just leave it as it is. Hope this helps.
