Energy videos vs. Gem videos

Hello everybody, this is my first thread and I've been wondering since I've started playing this game why my girlfriend gets 3 gems for 3 videos she watches and I get 6 energy (2 per video). Does somebody else have this problem? Is there a way for me to change it? Energy is kinda useless and gems I could really use!
She plays the game on Iphone and I play it on Ipad..is there a difference?

I get 1 energy per video watches, and I think I am limited to 10 per day.

Interesting. I get gems as well.

Is it maybe based on how many gems you have? That is, maybe only newbies or gem-broke players get gems.

I have not been playing long, am level 13, and have not had more than 40 gems. (Which I promotly spent on a Mythic Mushroom before I could accidently speed-grow wheat or some such!)

I still can't access the free anything. Will not load! Talked to another neighbor with the same problem. Works fine on Farm Story2!

Mine have always been gems (3 videos for 1 gem each)... I play on iPad

This promotional feature is not available to everyone, and the rewards may be different for players.
Even though you have this feature in one game, you may not have it in your other games.

Hm..so i guess its just random..do you think contacting the game developers might make a difference? And no i have had 0 and 400 gems..still only 2 energy per video thanks for replying btw everybody and thanks for welcoming me ive been playing the game now for about 4-5 months and ik on lvl 32..taking it slow
