I asked WHY there are no pop-ups to announce that Boosted Breeding has ended.

Kooky merely said "sorry, there aren't any pop-ups" -- which I already know.

And Elsa said that the opening pop-ups tells us when it ends, but it actually doesn't. Sure, it says boosted breeding is for "all weekend", or maybe "until 02/28/206", but it doesn't say exactly WHEN it ends, as in what time PST.
