Does anyone know why my mining is still giving opals?

Because Opal didn't expire, you can find the crafting pieces (Intricate Eggs) for this one through battling in the arena

This is one gorgeous dragon, once again! <3 And it's giving me the chance to get more large black gems, yay! I am only missing onyx from the gemstone collection...so off to the arena I go!

We usually get at least 4 weeks, so that means it will expire march 29 earliest.
I'm on 34 now, going rather well
