    abusive players

    norman, could you enlighten us on team lava's procedures on abusive players?
    What happened exactly when we report a problem that someone keeps writing hate/abusive remarks on our walls?
    How does team lava handle?
    And if that player repeats his abusive act, what happens next?
    (because there are many such cases, they thought is easy to hide behind the invisibility walls of the Internet, n probably aided by team lava relaxed approach)

    seriously?

    Is it THAT hard to just delete the comments ppl are leaving on your wall? If you're ignoring them, I'm sure after a while they'll get bored and stop.
