Friends needed for expansion?

I have a second bakery (with a different name from this one) on my phone. My next expansion costs 8 Million coins. I have the coins, but the game tells me I don't have enough friends. I have 25 friends. How many friends do I need to expand? Is there a chart somewhere?

If you click on one of the arrows at the sides of your bakery it will tell you how many neighbours you need to expand.

Yes, except that when I did so, this last time, it simply told me I didn't have enough neighbors, not how many more I needed.

well, i didn't have enough neighbors to see the coin cost on the later expansions, and i had too many to see how many were required for the early expansions, but your $8M expansion is in there! i know you said you had 25, but did you count stormie? because i think stormie doesn't count.

this info is probably already in the game guide, but i was falling asleep at my desk, so compiling it woke me up. and i didn't accidentally buy any boxes, thank goodness.
