Have you tried using the Valentine version of the game? He showed up for some people with this issue

He finally showed up for me on the regular game, but not right away when I first logged in this morning.

I got a message awhile back to upgrade to the newest regular version from the cupcake Valentine one. Now they want us back in cupcake??

she only dropped it for me once, may have been a bug

Did anyone else notice that the chocolates for this event count as an item in the pantry? Usually the items for event (i.e marshmallows or holiday spice) didn't count as a number in the pantry. It wouldn't take up space. But the chocolates this time are draining the space in my pantry. I wish they'd fix that.

I'm on IOS and Jack is not showing up, shall I install another version?

There seems to be a little glitch in the regular version and Jack is not showing up. I went over the cupcakes version to tap Jack so I could complete that one task.
It has been reported and hopefully Jack will be back in the regular version soon.

Has Jack shown up yet? If he hasnt, please install the other version (either regular v1.5 or Love & Cupcakes 1.4.6) and see if he shows up. Do let us know if he still doesnt and we'll assist you further. All the best.
