Bakery Story 2 hasn't worked since the last update

Ever since the last update, BS2 hasn't worked. I'll open the game and then a few seconds later it will close. I've deleted/re-installed the game 5 times so far, the most recent being today (2/21/16). I'm on an iPhone with the most current iOS 9.2.1. I paid 10 diamonds to get the new content early - am expecting a refund since I haven't been able to access it.

Try force closing out all the applications you have running in the background on your phone.
How to force close out your games

If you have another version of the game on your phone, delete that version.
You can also try going to safari-settings- clear out data then restart your phone.

I found the regular version have a higher tendency to freeze or crash
