Problem with game constantly "loading"

Since the update was released today, I'll collect from the hatchery and stable and move on to collect from another building, my game says "loading" and it reverts back to collecting from the hatchery and stables again & again, and again.

I'm using game version 1.4.3 and IOS version 9.2.1

Please try closing out your game to see if this corrects the issue.

Since I posted yesterday, here is what I've tried...before I posted I did try shutting down my iPad, I removed game and reinstalled, no change with hatchery or stable, this morning I removed the hatchery & stable by placing them into storage, shut down & rebooted my iPad, took them out of storage, shut down & rebooted, after waiting the 3+ hours I collected and 3 seconds later, my game said "loading" and it looked like I never collected. I collected and 3 seconds later, same thing....please help.

I just sold my buildings and bought new ones...hope this works

Nope...just used gems to collect...same thing ��

This link has the most up to date info on troubleshooting loading issues. Sometimes it just depends on the time of day you're trying to play. But if your connection is good, the issue is more than likely with your ISP.

I have 3 neighbors telling me they have this exact problem. That makes me suspect the problem is on your end.

I'm having the exact same problem. I've deleted the game and uploaded the most recent version, and it's still happening. My stables are level 5, so I don't want to sell them and try with new ones. Please help.

Same problem here, level 50 player, level 5 stables and hatcheries, and now when harvesting wheat and tapping farmhouses, anything that drops hay is reseting my game, extremely frustrating given they delayed this game 24 hours supposedly because of bugs

Help the game is always reloading since we can collect hey thinking level 4 on this event
