How awesome, my kids have veiwed porn thanks to this forum :/

Our laptop is in a central location in our lounge room.
Thanks to no one culling the pornographic photos from the threads, my kids have now seen porn for the first time as I scrolled through forum topics.

Thanks heaps! Appreciate it, as do my 9 and 11 year old girls.

    Totally awesome.

Thumbs down Believe me, we know

Believe me, we know. But Norman is trying as hard as possible 2 do so. If u would like 2 report it, then check out the City Story Discussion. There should be a thread that says "Norman! You have to delete these threads!" or something like that. As 4 ur kids, I know how u feel. Like them, I'm 10 who's 11th bday is coming in march, so I am as grossed out as u r!!! Btw the pornographer also rebels against threads like these by posting his "pics" and he impersonates other ppl and we don't know how so BEWARE!!!

PS the guy is a complete, utter, without a doubt, SICKO!!! 

Yes, I agree, Team Lava needs to get rid of the porn ASAP! There were porn pictures in Bakery of the Week and also a thread in Farm Story. My young son almost saw the pics as I went to post my bakery in Bakery of the Week. It was a close call and I am NOT a happy camper! (I don't want to see it either!)

Thanks for your support guys, it's appreciated

It's not something we need here!! I think Norman needs someone else from TeamLava to help him out, one person can not moderate a forum of this size, with the number of threads it has.

And we really need a "report this" button for replies or threads that contain objectionable material!

I asked Norman where we could post links to these pornographic threads, and he created a thread for us, and guess what... He got flamed by a bunch a people saying that it shouldn't be up to us to tell Norman about it... I just wanted to be able to report the bad threads so that they could be dealt with faster, and others just attacked Norman for doing what I had asked. Seriously, on this forum, it seems to be a lose lose situation. I felt terrible for Norman, he was only doing what I had asked, and the thread was filled with nasty posts attacking him.

I enjoy this forum and I've found a lot of helpful information here but if Team Lava wants to have a forum for their gams, they should do a better job of moderating it. The first thing that they need to do is require registration so they can get rid of the porn and trolls. I don't know what Norman's other duties are but this board is not that large. There aren't even that many posts a day so it shouldn't be that hard to monitor. I have never been on a site that has so many angry, argumentative and perverse posters. If Team Lava can't or won't make the effort to control the content of the forum, then they shouldn't direct players, a lot of whom they know are kids, to come here.

I think it's really sad that some headcase feels the need to post these kind of pictures on what is considered to be a "family" forum.
This person obviously has a disorder of some kind and I hope they eventually find the help they so clearly need, cos normal people don't do this kind of thing.

If I were Norman, I would take control of the forum. If people send me nasty messages because I am cleaning up the forum I would just delete their postings and warn them with a threat of removal. I would also require registration, since it would be harder to post without being caught and other members can report the offender easier. Why let these people have control over a game site? There are plenty of porn sites where they can share with those that want to see something like that. Maybe someone can create a Porn Story game and they can all go to that game.

Please post the location where we can report this type of activity. It needs to be removed as soon as it is posted and noticed. Craigslist has a way to flag improper listings, why not add a flag button?

    Are you out there Norman?

@Donnahh - Careful, you have an impostor who is posting porn under your name (the perpetrator has added an "h" to your name).

I just noticed this a few minutes ago and was outraged for a second that you were the one who was originally concerned about your children seeing porn. I thought that surely the person must have found a way to log in as you, which had me concerned about potential malware on this site. I then noticed that it was not you; rather, it was an impostor with an extra "h."

Please report the person, as I don't care to register to do so until they sort out the registration issue.

I saw at least one thread with your name on a porn post. The one I just saw you can find under Bakery Story Discussion, on the first page, title is in regard to getting thrown out of the game when attempting to cook fruitcake. I won't link it, as I don't want to make the issue worse.

WARNING: do not view the aforementioned thread unless you're viewing it in order to report it (unless you would actually like to look at miserable photo of a defecating female.) *shudder*

Yep, she saw it, and posted a sarcastic thank you to them. The imposter has only used her name with the added h, but is still only a guest, while Donnahh is an actual registered member of the forum. So long as registration continues to be a choice and not compulsory people can and will use fake and copied names on the forum. It is sad, but I am hoping that compulsory registration will be implemented soon, which will hopefully put a stop to the fakers, abuse and porn, and if it doesn't then at least it can be traced.
