Do you cook mastered recipes just to cook?

I have several appliances sitting idle because I've either mastered the recipe or don't have the ingredients.

I'm just wondering what people are doing. Are you cooking just to cook and keep counters full, or do you let them sit idle or in storage?

you can prepare for the next cruise. i thought you should, lol
there are enough recipes, i am happy to mastered them and dont cook anymore.
if you have mastered a complete appliance, you can choose 2 ( easy ) recipes for cruisepreparing; i do
    fe:
drinkmaker - ginger tea & veggie juice
salad bar - veggie sushi & mandarin salad
deli station - bruschetta & lobster sandwich
aging barrel - chardonnay & cabernet

lol, stored my diner stoves and ovens...

I have few appliances that I don't have much use for. I try to cook recipes that I haven't mastered yet, but if I have some extra ingridients I cook something that I have already mastered for some extra money.

I stored 2 diner stoves though leaving only 1 in case some quest pops up or I have extra meat to make hamburgers lol

Well I go to a new recipe after I master everything but once I master a whole appliance I'll likely still use it a lot (unless it's seasonal)!

Yes! I always cook recipes I haven't mastered first, but I hate seeing appliances just sitting there. They could be generating coins and experience points

I don't like cooking mastered recipes, BUT need the coins and XP.
What I do: cook all recipes not yet mastered and cook whatever I can with the remaining ingredients. Unless it's an event/cruise, then I'm a total mess....... :P

I will cook until I've mastered all of the recipes on the appliance. Then if I need the space (I can always use the space) store the appliance for another. Unless the recipes are more profitable (like the deep fryer).
Aside from cooking for mastering, I like to cook the longer cooking time recipes to keep the appliance looking active and cute.
