Valentine's floor tiles so glitchy

I just received 4 hearts floor tiles as a reward for completing one of the valentines goals. I went to place them on the floor and all of sudden, the game glitched, restarted by itself, and the tiles disappeared (the old tiles were back in place). So I went to place them again, and the game charged me 4 gems!!

Good grief!!! As if I would pay 4 gems for those ugly tiles. I just wanted to see how they would look on the floor.

Please fix your glitchy game! It's so frustrating and disheartening to lose gems that you save up through no fault of your own. It's not even a gem trap, unless, glitches are counted as gem traps. Grrrr
