Puppy goals huge problem help

My hot sauce girl is not showing up as promised at all. I see on the boards, she is supposed to come every hour and a half. She is not for me at all. I have had a timer set to alert me to make sure I check in and receive hot sauce, etc. The only way she shows up even close to the the time is if I restart my tablet. I have also already unistalled and reinstalled the game today. Level 55. No luck. Any advice?

Do you force close your game when you exit?

Let the game run for about 5- 10 minutes . Sometimes she does not visit me until a few minutes after I come into the game.
