What's the limit for faerie bulbs?

Got two and thought I should build a third but it won't let me. Was the limit lowered to two when the bulb was changed from town building to resource building?

Yeap, 2 is the max. In the early stage there was no limit, so if you bought many bulbs you could have an army of them (well limited to 40 - Town Building).

I so wish I had bought more before they changed it. I'm now maxed on Faerie Sap. I wish I could use it for something.

Bulbs don't use faerie paste (>100 since long) but faerie sap. Yeap a usage for it would be nice. I am nearly maxed (>100) on F-Sap, a few to go.

The only thing at present to use my living wood on so I'm making faerie sap whenever I reach 99 LW. Somewhere around 45 faerie sap, I think, so a ways to go yet for me.

They're very pretty, and have an amazing coin drop, but I think 1 is all I need ...

At the moment, not really. But the story line is not finished yet, and I do hope/think they will eventually drop items. They were changed to a resource building, which leads one to believe that they will at some point drop resources. I built two, not because I needed to, but because I had nothing else to do and was maxed out on the items to make the bulbs, so why not. It did also help with the recent Part 3 release to have 2 level 5 bulbs, because it really dropped the wait time to get to the next step.
