I cannot made the event dish I made before

I can find the dish "Piri piri chicken" in my menu book but I cannot made the dish again.
I started playing this game from few days ago, during the event time I made 4 times the dishes.
And now I cannot make it.
Also, the "Complete the Safari Cruise" is kept in my TO-DO list.
I am using Iphone4 and ard 7.1 IOS.

But my friend still can cook it, I can't.
How can I cook it without using any gems?
Is it true that if I cooked the limited time recipe during the event time then I can cook it forever?
Or I can just cook it in the event time and players need to rush for the stars?

You cant. They probably cooked it just before it left the market. Nope, you can't keep the recipe (I think they should have a policy where if you master a recipe, you can keep it).

And, yep, you have to cook the dish loads within the time-limit!

I am sorry but "Piri Piri Chicken" was a goal recipe that was available for a past quest. Since the quest has ended, you will not be able to cook it.

Some quests offers a goal recipe as a prize for the completion of the quest. Those prize recipes will stay if you complete the quest.
