Does "Examine the Shimmering Shards" basically produce back 1 strand out of 5??? Or is it called shard with the same picture.

Just realized there is more to step 4 than I realized.

The "Examine the Shimmering Shards" is actually in the Magic Forge:

So it's going to take days and days to get this done. No rush since it looks like there will be a Part 4 and that will likely be released months from now. Oh well, still grateful for Part 3 being finally released.

So you need 5 to craft 1 of the same thing???? What??? That just looks so off...lol

It's one of those cross your fingers and hope u are lucky. It is not a guaranteed drop. :/

I know, it's confusing. Since it's the strands that drop from the magic garden, it seems like we take 5 of those to make the "shards" since that it what the Forge says? Maybe the picture is wrong?

I'm going to collect enough strands to complete two of these crafts for my hoarding. So it will be days before I get there.

It looks like we may be revisiting the faeries later in February!
I'm not rushing part 3 though, since it's the only thing I have to do. (Besides hunting monsters for the next few days, that is.)

Update: They had the wrong word in the Magic Forge. When I updated to the new edition, I got "Strands" in the forge:



So it's "Examine the Shimmering Strands"
