Royal Flush Dragon Tales issue in Chapter 10

I didn't have the coins to buy a Noble crystal, so I paid the 10 gold to skip Act 2.

Act 3 now requires me to raise Jack to level 12 which is impossible without buying the Noble Crystal, and I don't have the 48 gold needed to skip Act 3.

This would force me to buy the Noble Crystal even after paying the 10 gold to skip the requirement.

Why is there even an option to skip Act 2 when Act 3 is impossible to complete without doing Act 2?

I couldn't finish this Dragon Tales because I couldn't get past Act 3.

I now have a Noble Crystal, but only because I won 250,000 coins in the Spin-to-win.

I didn't have enough coins, gold or time left to get the food needed to raise Jack to level 12.

I still lost the 10 gold for skipping the Noble Crystal requirement even though I couldn't get past Act 3 without one.
