    Game won't connect

    Hello!

    It has started about two weeks ago. Farm story won't load over mobile data (the internet itself works greatly). Over wi-fi it works fine. I've found no similliar discussions here. Did anyone encounter such issue? What could it be? I've tried reinstalling the game and cleaning cache, but nothing helps.

    I keep getting message "Farm story is an online game and requires Internet access".

    Maybe I should write something to my cellurar operator, but what?

    Any suggestions will be very appreciated.

    If you are trying to play over data, make sure you go to settings on your device and turn off wifi.
    On most devices, if your wifi is on, your device will try to connect that way first so even if there is a weak wifi signal , it may keep your 3G from connecting.

    Thank you for your answer.

    I've double checked the wi-fi and made sure that it is turned off, but still no effect, so it's not the case, unfortunatrely.
    I turned off wifi, then cleared the cache and stopped the application, then rebooted the phone - it did not help. I definitely have internet over mobile data but the game doesn't see it

    I have samsung galaxy note 3 with stock rom and no antivirus or similliar software intalled.

    Indeed there was a problem with my carrier. At first I wrote them and they denied everything saying that they don't restrict traffic in any way. But when I called to their technical support they figured out what was the problem in a moment and fixed it immediately (saying "oh, we will reset your internet plan").

    Now everything is fine, thank you.
