Coffee Cart - Can't store or sell

I have a coffee cart that I got way back with the goals that appeared in the beginning levels of the game. I am hurting for space and would like to store it or sell it. Those options don't come up for me to select in my game. Is this unique to me or does anyone else have this same issue?
