    Confused. Help!

    I'm about to get a new device. It's been a couple years since I had to transfer from one device to another. Plus I had Team Lava do it, but it took them a few days. I'm not a patient person. Lol. I've been reading different things that you can do it on your own but with so many people saying to do it this way or that has got me confused. Lol. So what is the best way? Plus I'm turning my old phone back over to my cell carrier will my game be erased so who ever gets my phone will have to start over. I would hate to lose my progress!! I don't want my game to b on 2 different phones! Help!!

    If you play on android or IOS you can transfer your storm ID and games over to your new device. Please see the instructions on post 1 of the

    New Logon on Feature
    Thread.

    If you are trading , selling or giving away your old device, I would advise sending an email to support@storm8.com and ask them to remove your storm ID and games from that device.

    If you have issues transferring yourself, you can
    email support@storm8.com and they can transfer your games.
