for me looks like red caviar, but of course it's not.
i'm not very friendly with baking ingredients and its englisg names / looks...

I first thought it was cinnamon too but there something in the bazaar that looks like cinnamon too (unlock level 30), so I'll take a guess with brown sugar too !
