Inadvertent Coin Purchase

Hi guys,

The other night I was in the process of watching one of the in game advertisement videos to take an hour off my egg incubation time and my game started lagging with the message "processing". During that time I tried clicking off of the message and the next thing I knew I was debited 500 gold for the purchase of 10 million coins. I have fallen into the so called gold traps before but never for a purchase of this magnitude. if it was only 10 or 20 gold I wouldn't even be posting here. It's quite upsetting as I'm a mature, honest, and responsible player going on a year of playing DS and I always am very careful with my gold expenditures. I had just purchased 3 gold dragons on Cyber Monday so my gold stock was down to 589 and after the unintentional slip a measly 89 gold bars.

I am hoping that I can talk to a forum moderator privately to resolve this issue as I have already emailed the support staff and have not received a response. As much as I enjoy the game I'm too upset to go on playing unless I get some resolution from this transgression.
