[Bug] [iOS: 9.1] Free Gems offer no longer displaying

Hello! My girlfriend's bakery no longer receives the offer to watch 10 short ads per day for 1 gem each. This began about a week ago which is about 70 gems she has missed out on.

iOS: 9.1

We have tried doing phone soft resets, hard resets, and entirely deleting/re-installing Bakery Story from her device - nothing has fixed it yet!

I currently play Bakery Story on a device that runs the same iOS version and the same Bakery Story version and I still have access to these 10 ads (and therefore 10 gems) a day.

As you can imagine she is quite unhappy that she is no longer getting the prompt for free gems while I continue to get them!

If anyone can give me any information on this I would really appreciate it! It stinks that she got accustomed to a certain number of gems every day and then all of a sudden no longer gets any!

Since she had the offer, then it disappeared, please have her send an email to support@storm8.com so an agent can check her game.

WOW 10 gems per day?! I've never gotten more than 3/day, though I know some folks get none.
