New Tournament! 12/04/15 - North Polarbear

Hideous day!! I finally beat Hibearnate on the 8th try with Solar Simian. Started battling every half hour after that and just had the 2nd loss on round 17. I'm sleepy....I don't want to stay up and finish this....but I love polar bears....



Ok I spent 4 gems to speed and beat 17 with Lightning Leopard. Sped again and used ultimate on round 18 as the Lullabison was losing. Yay! Polar bear and sleep!!

Record was 18-17 with 1 ultimate and 16 gems spent on speeding.

Finally finished but cost me all my gems. Only way I could win is speeding time with all the losses. Seems these tournaments have gotten a lot harder than they use to be😡 & now we don't even get gems!!

I made it with 20 minutes to spare and only used one speedup! very rare for me to finish a flash tournament! Thanks to the posters who used Glacial Griffin for the last round. I only had trouble with Hibearnate.

Congratulations to all who got their North Polarbear. I was sadly disappointed and after doing so well for the first 14 rounds I got halted by the Hibearnate and no matter what I tried could not get past him...very sad to come so far and so close and not be able to accomplish my goal...oh well maybe I will have better luck next time!!
A big thanks to everyone for all the information you supplied...it sure does help to see what others have done to defeat their opponents.

For me it was the Zapra and timbear that gave me so much grief! Total nightmare. I always struggle time wise on these tournaments but with lots of speeding I got my polar bear

I just had to share this hilarious pic. I put my polar bear in candy canyon obviously because I wasn't able to get the RockRino anyway he fits perfectly in with the theme and just adores the platypus and likes to wrestle and jump on his back..lol or maybe a game of leap frog..
