What will be really important is what comes in the following chapters. You could do all of that in 2 or 3 days if some of the other chapters are very easy to do in no time.

Collection time could very critical too, if you don't/can't have at least half of the buildings you need (4 hr timers on most) on the board.

Poop....might be better to start this thing first thing in the morning to take advantage of the collection timing.
