Lost my game progress - Please help

I was just playing several games. I went to the forum, came back to the games & they are treating me like a new player. My identity is gone as is my game progress. I only play on this device. What did I do? How do I get back onto the games? I feel so dumb right now. Thanks for any help.

Please force-close the game apps, and reopen. Your games should be back.

I've done all of that plus a hard reboot of my device. It still does not recognize me as an established player. You can pm me if that would be better.

If you had an open ticket with support and they checked your game, that can cause your game to reset. The easiest thing to do is to go into another game with a login feature, like Restaurant Story or Bakery Story and reload the game.
