For winter and the holidays...hmm...
Decorations: no suggestions at the moment.
Crops:
- bring back the peppermint from two years ago (and make it a permanent crop, I'm sure there are other recipes that can use peppermint as an ingredient
- pumpkin as a crop (maybe next year we can use our pumpkins to carve jack-o-lanterns for Halloween)
Buildings:
- a smoker or smokehouse (I know smoked salmon would be the usual, but maybe we can have smoked bass instead?)
Craft items:
- pumpkin pie
- custard pie
Farm animals:
- geese (possibly get goose feathers)
- turkeys (somehow harvest turkeys...since we can get bacon from the pigs without losing any)
Pets:
- swan
- penguin
- polar bear (cub, of course)
- snowshoe hare
i don't know if this is part of decoration, but i would love to have some space if i touch it, the snow will fall.
or some magic crystal ball which whenever i touch it, my farm will be suddenly snowy. do i imagine too high?

Build a snowman -- use the hat and scarf from the craft shop, ore for eyes and mouth, carrot nose, wooden buttons, and grow, find or create sticks for arms. ⛄️
Excellent idea for a goal event in December! It will definitely be fun to build a snowman by crafting these items and the snowman changes his appearence we we level him up.
I really like to see these this Christmas...
Decorations
1. Snow falling on farm during Christmas month like it was in the 1st Christmas in FS2. Buildings covered with snow, delivery plane changed to sledge, train station changed to gingerbread house or something Chrissy, etc.
2. Lights, pine trees, hollies bushes, paths, fences, decorations, etc.
3. Festive skins for buildings and farm animals (especially alpacas).
Crops
1. Peppermint from 1st Christmas

1. Festive wreaths, candles, food recipes.

1. Geese (for feathers, eggs or meat)
2. Turkey (for meat)

I agree with everyone's suggestions but make hats, coal, buttons available to all who are at/above minimum level but not to the higher levels as yet.
