How do i add Neighours?

So how do i add neighbours?
Its like ill sent Request over Facebook and nothing ever happens?

Is the only quickserve method the only way to add people now?
You really should add a community button to make it more easier to add people.
I need neighbors right now and right now this adding system is a pain[]and not working for me..

I am sorry but there is no option to add neighbors right now. Hopefully this feature will come later.
