Finally got my fourth gem animal after over a year of playing!
Opal Octopus is in the den. Got him using CU and Seafoam Unicorn. Yay!

Congrats my friend. The same ammount as me. Lately im hoping for another its been a long time.

I'm shocked! After almost a year trying to breed my third gem animal, I just randomly threw CU and Aquatter in the breeding den and poof - 45 hours! Any ideas on what animal this might be? Thanks!

If you take a look into the creature guide you can see you have 2 or 3 45 hour options with your combo you used.
Emerald Dragon (crystal/nature)
Sapphire Cthulhu (crystal/water)
Or if you have bad luck, if you can call it bad luck, another CU.

Ooh, I want the Emerald Dragon (although I think I'll get the other two considering my breedinf luck in this game). I don't have enough gems to speed breed so I have to wait for it before I know which animal is it. (-_-)

Your welcome. One benefit you can make a nice jump with your points for the upcoming Forest Party (WE). Always nice to get a Crystal animal.

I got a Crystal Unicorn a couple months ago on my baby account, and I have been holding off on evolving it until an event where I will get the most benefit from it. Well, today on a whim, I decided to battle with it. Has anyone ever fought with a level 1 Crystal Unicorn??? It is SO CUTE!!! It bows its head and creates a bubble around itself, floats a bit, and lands. I am squeeing so loudly inside!

I may never feed it. And I cannot wait to use it again!

I?ve finally done it!!! After 2 years of continuous breeding I?ve finally manage to breed the Crystal Unicorn!!! I am beyond excited! I used the Peamoth and Thunder Elephant, I had almost given up too lol. Dreams really do come true 🤣

This happened to me is Dragon Story last week and now here

If you are looking to breed your crystal hybrids, pearl periton , ruby Razorback etc,. Try it during the storybook event ..
Here I was trying for the Valenswine and threw Iceclaw and Pearl Peryton in the den.. and I get 45hrs. So now I am breeding either Obsidian Cyclops, Sapphire Cthulhu or may be my third Crystal Unicorn . Would love either of the 1st 2 , ( fingers crossed) A third CU would be Waste of time and useless.
Luckily I can complete the Storybook event without spending any gems.
