Level 77 What am I missing?

When I get stuck on a level and I haven't even completed half of the goal I know I'm missing something. Usually afer a dozen or so times on a level I can figure out what's what. But I just cant find the key to beating this level. Anyone?

I remember how I tried to break enough cookies with pieces going around like some carousel. With limited number of moves, I tried to hit two cookies at once, on both sides every time. I hope that strategy helps you. And of cause, lay your hope on luck to get new pieces hitting cookies again an again. That's a must for passing the level!

I finally passed it but only because I used some gems to get 5 more moves. But your advice got me to that far so thank you!

Just keep at it. It is a frustrating level,but it is impossible to make special combos because of the color change. I beat it in a few days.
