I looked back on this level - yeah, it takes much luck! As a tip, I suppose that the candles should be a priority, not the yellow locks. Try to create enough "strings" and rockets (don't forget about rockets!) to light up every candle as soon as possible. If you manage to combine two rainbow ice-creams it will light the candles for guarantee, but it's very rare chance.
Make as many T's and squares as possible! Thats how you lite the candles. If you get a popsicle get rid of the yellow. And look for the yellow with the popsicle that will appear on the bottom after a certain amount of yellow has been removed.
