Upgraded Charlotte's Fruit Stand broken

I was able to collect two fruits per time with Charlotte's Fruit Stand. I unlocked the cherries and then upgraded with parts (one note and one basket) and should have been able to now collect three fruits per time. It took the parts but did not increase the amount of fruits that I can collect. It is asking me to upgrade from two to three, again. It is broken.

i went back to the game and in the middle of clicking ingeedients, the game froze for a few seconds (timed out) and suddenly the fruit stand fixed itself. I can now collect three fruits per time.
