I am trying to figure out where i can find fb friends to exchange quick serves, but this game doesn't have add me thread, nothing... how can we find people then?

you can search in facebook some groups like "bakery story 2 neighbors".
there are a lot of people there, and you can add the as fb friends.
then you will start to get qs from them and send it back.

I'm currently playing love & cupcakes on my tablet and have bakery story 2 on iPhone.

Debating getting rid of love & cupcakes as it seems ltd. But would like to continue playing bakery story 2

Can I transfer it to my android tablet?
Or even play on both devices?

you can only play one account on one device.

you can download regular version to your tablet, and it will automatically catch your progress from love&cupcakes version you played on this tablet.

the progress you've got in iphone, is sticked to that device in case you do not play any other storm8 games and do not have a Storm8 ID.

then i wd recommend to download some s8 game where you can set up your S8 ID and password
(same for iphone and tablet) - then you will have 2 accounts, and you can switch between them in any device - your progress will not be sticked to devices any more, but to S8 IDs.

You can send and get an unlimited amount of quick serves each day, but you can't have more than 20 at a time.
