No, it's all totally random. Level and rarity doesn't matter at all.
I agree with Silverrain. I've had surprising results with lvl 4 "common" animals, and many disappointments with super rare. I normally avoid using super rare as it seems to make matters worse, but rare is okay. The rest is a roll of the dice!

Hello, pls 4give me, I dont k ow how to use this. I just expanded to a new area in FANTASY STORY & there is an object being hidden behind trees from a non-cleared area. I have triex EVERYTHING to get to it but cant. It is preventing me from adding a new habitat.
Can someone please help me??

A few things to try, I zoom in then tap randomly and hope I get it. That usually works. U could sell a farm and have a shuffle round to get the obstacle then buy your farm back. You could also try clearing your cache history. U can access the game but habitats will take a few mins to load so u shld see the obstacle. If these don't work you can contact support and there's something they can do on their end.
