Food not selling when app closed

Been playing for three years and always food has sold when app has been closed as well as when open....for some reason past three days food has not been selling when app is closed, not earning any money either I have had same food on counters for days now and obviously can't keep the app open permanately....can anyone help as can't progress with the game

Sorry to hear that! Have you guys recently rearranged your restaurant? Sometimes the positioning of the restaurant may cause your food to not sell as fast. If not, please write into support@storm8.com and one of our agents will be able to assist you.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried rearranging, reinstalling, clearing the cache and nothing helps
