I feel like I'm getting ripped off

I'm very angry. I spent at least $6 or $7 on diamonds and I haven't received my diamonds. I got an error pop up telling me transaction couldn't be completed. And when I went to see if it went through, I logged onto Apple, and I originally had like over $8 on my apple gift card, but now I went to check, I have 1.12. ?!?!? I could've spent that money elsewhere but instead, I get ripped off. I'm pissed. Now if I can get extra diamonds for my troubles that'd be great. I'd feel helluva lot better. You'd make a customer happier. But I'm not happy now. Now refund me or give me my diamonds (and some extra just maybe). I'll give y'all a really horrible review on the App Store and call you all crooks!
