    Transfer Help!

    Hi,
    I was trying to transfer my jewel mania account to my new phone.

    On my old phone I'm at level 243 with a storm 8 account: tothsara1990

    I tried login with the same account on my new phone but it only lets me transfer up to level 41...

    What am I doing wrong?

    How can I get my old levels to my new phone?

    Jewel Mania has regions, so it'll show you the region you have reached when you transfer.
