I should have screen shot it I thought everyone on ios would get same thing first I got goal pop up for frozen frenzy than I got pop up for getting to level 15 than I got to level 35 than I opened app afterwards got gems and finally it had a ice cream truck picture saying serve coffee and any recipe and receive ice cream truck.

I'm on iOS and it wasn't free as a goal reward for me, just an 4 day LTO for 40gems. I think it's gone out randomly again.

I'm on android and it's for 40 gems for 3 days. I'm not sure if I want to buy it or not considering I only have 56 gems :/
