My games have not promted me to download, so also getting no rewards this week... what is up storm8?
I couldn't get my reward on castle and fashion story also. However, I got a reward on bakery and another goal popped out asking to reach whatever level. Hope it gets fixed!

That is my hubby's account quest book.
I realized that I didn't get the gems on bakery. And I have double goals as in the pic. It is under my account.
I got same problem when I log in on RS2 then pop out level goal on CLUEDO Bingo and NO Gem reward on others including RS2!, CLUEDO or CLUE!?, ANDROID USERS ARE DISCRIMINATING NOW WHO ARE WAITING DOWNLOAD GOAL FOR BAKERY STORY SUGAR&SPICE AND ORCHARD FEST, RESTAURANT STORY REN FAIRE AND ROYAL BLUES, AND FASHION STORY BOARDWALK!!, HOW MANY YEARS WE ARE WAITING THOSE DOWNLOAD GOAL!? 😠 , I know they understand... Please update the CLUEDO Bingo into CLUE Bingo for having Gem reward... 😞
