    You needed to have completed all 10 days of the cruise event in order to earn him. If you didn't complete the cruise, he will never arrive. If you're still in the middle of the cruise (I'm not sure if that's possible, I don't know when the automatic start date was), if you finish it he will arrive and you tap on him. But otherwise, you're out of luck. Sorry!
