    Restarting the game on old device once game transferred to new device!

    I have successfully managed to transfer my kingdom clash from my old device to my new device (both iOS devices) so can now play at my current level on both devices however I would like to keep my current level on my new device and delete/restart the game on my old device. So I effectively have 2 games going at the same time but at different stages of the game. I don't want to do a factory reset to achieve this. Every time I delete the app and reinstall from the App Store (on either device) it reinstalls at my current level. It is possible to do what I would like to do? Is this something I need to email support about?? Advice appreciated thanks

    You will need to email support@storm8.com for assistance in removing the storm ID and games from your old device.

    Hey rockchick464, how did u manage to transfer your game from ur old iPhone to ur new iPhone? I'm currently trying to do that, thanks

    If you play on android or IOS you can transfer your storm ID and games over to your new device. Please see the instructions on post 1 of the

    New Logon on Feature
    Thread.

    If you are trading , selling or giving away your old device, I would advise sending an email to support@storm8.com and ask them to remove your storm ID and games from that device.

    If you have issues transferring yourself, you can
    email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games.
