I am not receiving jack o lanterns for cooking any of the new recipes anymore. Is anyone else having this issue?

No. Mine is working fine. Just got Jack o lanterns from cooking candy apples on both stoves

What does it take for 3 stars of mastery? I think the first star for each is 3 preparations, any one know how many for 2nd and 3rd star?

No, you don't have to for the event to get the reward. Unless you want the plaque to hang on your wall.

Is it maybe that I have the old RS2 and not the Haloween?
But yesterday all worked!

I'm using Halloween version and am still getting candy. Try force shut your game and start it again.

I downloaded the Halloween again and now it works on both again
