How exciting! I hope it's not limited but it sounds like it's "themed"...I haven't had a whole lot of luck lately with the limiteds.
So this is why Treent's habitat can now house two animals. Hopefully it won't be too hard to get.

The goal says to breed Dark and Nature but in the shop the Trick-or-Treent is a combination of Living Wood and Dark. I guess they didn't want anyone trying to breed the Treent of Life with anything.
