I think the one is the counter, the food on it is on serving platters.
Looking at it again, it does look like the ones in front are the cooked versions of the food behind them. The eyeball soup, cupcakes, and slimed popcorn.
I do not have any Halloween items and was hoping for witches, pumpkins, bats..etc but noHopefully they bring back past Halloween items because not sure how to make this theme work by itself.

The foods ok, as for the rest of it... Meh.
The floor and wallpaper would work in a daycare design. Not very spooky or scary at all.
i don't think it's goals, what tables? We already have the white ones. Hope the don't charge for the stoves else I will pass on the whole thing.
Sometimes they don't show everything when it comes to goals but I really hope it is as it's supposed to be goal week and I'm looking forward to it
