How do you breed a dragon to level 12
You need to be playing the standard version of Dragon Story (I am assuming you are on Android?) and buy the Noble Crystal building from the market (Android and iOS).
Then you can feed your dragons to level 15. A LOT of food required. Then you can breed Prime dragons with level 15 parents. Not sure what they are useful for though, yet.
