My target disappeared after 2 shots, so you can shoot at them 2 times and then you have to buy new one. 2.5K gold or 35 gems is pretty expensive for just 2 shots

Figured it out. I could upgrade 5 times to fully expand. Also use targets twice. Bigger rewards with the gem target

You need to buy Piper's Castle and collect knights' crests from it every 3 hours.
Piper's Castle can be upgraded using upgrade parts from making plane deliveries. Upon each upgrade, it gives more knights' crests. You should upgrade Piper's Castle as quick as possible to maximise the knights' crests from each collection.

Will the timer on the castle will reset if I upgrade? I finally got items for upgrade and 1 hour left on the castle. Should I wait to upgrade or I can do it now and still have 1 hour?

First step, buy the castle. Second step, buy the archery target (the one for coins...the one for gems isn't technically needed, but your choice to get that one as well. It gets you a better chance to win stuff). Then, send out delivery after delivery after delivery ad nauseum. From deliveries you may get upgrade parts, and/or you may get arrows. With the upgrade parts, upgrade your castle. Every three hours you can collect shields from it (much like collecting from the beehive or pets). With the arrows, shoot at your archery targets. You will get a random(?) number of shields. Collect all the shields you can.

If you click on the upper right of the screen where the countdown is, you will see two chains of prizes. You have to collect x number of shields to win each individual prize (the top chain). Once you collect 500 shields, you are eligible to win the community prizes (the bottom chain). The community prizes are won by all of us collecting as many shields as we can.

I am soo confused by the graphic that appears when you click on the castle to see how much time is left. I wanted to upload a picture of it, but I don't know how. Need help quick. Have only one hour left!

Yes the timer will reset, don't upgrade until you collect from it.

There are about 5 stages to upgrade. Done it. Completed. The next prize is 300 shields. In a few hours I will let you know how many shields needed for the third prize
